We can offer you a full programme to cater for your fitness needs. The process starts with an initial assessment with one of our instructors. This helps us to gain a starting point for your programme.
You can then choose as few or as many sessions as you wish. Think of us like a resource to use when you want, you can either sign up for a long term programme or simply "pay as you go!"
Personal training is the best way to work towards your goals. New Dawn Fitness can coach you on a "1 on 1" basis or in a group session. Let our instructors mentor you through your programme, giving constant
support and motivation.
